Mirrors of Cryptography Tools

This directory has been set up in response to John Gilmore's plea for 'Stable NON-US Homes for Strong Crypto Projects' in the light of hysteria in the States over cryptography following the attacks on the World Trade Centre. This is a farily informal archive of source code of some of the more important strong cryptography programs. I shall maintain it as long as I am able to. If the situation gets worse I may try to make this a more formal archive, and regularly update these mirrors.
