From the Least of the Eye to the Fourth of the Eye, greeting. I am presently at Fourth Cataract and have encountered a most interesting person. This person is small, quite young, with the complexion of a Rhiconicfhear, and has come out of the mountains in the guise of a dragon hunter (but appears by no means tough enough to be so). The person has a feminine face, but dresses and acts in a manner which suggests the male, and is careful in speech to avoid references which would indicate his or her own gender, saying, for example, merely 'the City' or 'the River'. Further, I overheard the person speak to a foreign merchant in a language which was strange to me, but which I believe to have been Rhiconicfhear.
