Moving to XML

A bit about the other bits [iii]: XPath and XPointer

• In HTML, you need to use a special element (the A or Anchor tag) to be the target of a link
• In XML a link can target any element in the target document
  • Several demo and prototype implementations
  • No mainstream browser fully supports this
  • You've heard this before somewhere, haven't you?
